Hello! I'm Dhanesha and I want to, and I think I can - become a full time writer, some years hence... This blog's kind of my personal canvas, to try out 'writing' and if possible share it with you, and record my thoughts...
About the blog title - the name 'Dan' has a simple school story to it that seemed kind of important to me at that time. I like the name, and makes for alliteration.. :-)
So currently I earn my bread testing software - writing hasn't begun paying me yet! Understandably :-)
In case you are curious - my interests: creative writing, reading, drawing - intricate designs, my friends, classical music, the German language, learning new languages, poetry, antennas, industrial design, Ravindranath, travelling, movies, tea - tea and coffee shops, and good people!

define a mind?
something abstract undefinable all humans possess? (animals too do right? ) ..that's not the brain? or is really the brain but humans do not call it the brain?
It is our decision power, or the intellect?

Heart (well now this is diff or not really?)
I think.. basically all the above are one and the same, tho' we tend to differentiate between them. All the above collectively deal with our thoughts, emotions, reason.
Anyways Abi, the mind can make us 'feel what we choose to feel'... if u remember one of ur comments on another blog of mine.

The mind - an abstract fluid space which can engulf the human itself!!
hmm........ is the mind and the human diff? umm........
heard of mind, body and soul???
so... at least for argument sake those three can be considered distinguishable!!!
though not sure what the mind is... some say it is the heart (i say it can't be) ...
i mean... heart beats/ pumps blood... there is no other scientific function!!!
guess people get use it interchangeably for the conscience (which i think is closer to mind) ... and which again is not yet defined concretely..!!
