Honest feelings

Not always do you get to express all that you feel.... Sometimes it's because you just don't get a chance to express, as in lack of means of communication thru' which you'd have expressed...... Sometimes it's like you don't want to express despite the many chances that you are offered.... It's because whatever you have to express is going to make someone else or yourself, uncomfortable... Sometimes you hold back your feelings because you aren't assertive enough, sometimes you are just lazy.
Whatever the reason you feel suffocated and choke over these feelings suppressed deep down in your heart, and then you just need a slight provocation to errupt...... And then your dear friends have to face it, and most of the times get hurt themselves...... And then if they too don't express their feelings, massive chain suffocation-erruption happens and there's sorrow everywhere.........
Do you know a crude remedy for this? Don't feel at all! :)
Ok ok, express what you feel... Honest feelings do not hurt...... in the long run.......
