Some people grow out of things too fast because they don't let things stick to their skins, in the first place. They don't take things seriously or religiously. They don't want them. So it is but obvious that they will shed them and slither forward. Some people are clever enough to give the reason of being busy or being forgetful.
Only some people really outgrow some things in the real sense. And they inform others when they do so. Outgrowing is not a pretence for them.
The former kind of people are the ones who had pretended to have liked something. So they have no choice but to outgrow it.

What about people who grow out of relationships?
i think it is true some times and sometimes the real reason is convenience. plus a relnship involves more than 1 person. when all grow out of it together, it is ok, but when only 1 person grows out of it.. i still think it is not ok..
I think it should be more like,
"People grow out of somethings too fast because they don't let them stick to their skins..."
...
"Only some things are such that people really outgrow in the real sense..."
Because I don't believe growing out of relationships/books/genre of music/behavioural traits/etc etc is people specific, but rather "thing" specific. I being the same person could "really" outgrow something, or casually shed something that I caught fancy for...
hmm i agree kathsie...
